1. What are the different types of rooms at The A-One?
The A-One Royal Cruise has two room and four suite types

2. Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?

3. What is a Hotel Voucher?
Once your reservation has been placed you will immediately receive your Hotel Voucher by email. The Hotel Voucher should be presented to the hotel upon check-in.
4. Is there any fee using our booking service?
There is no charge to use our online booking service for room reservations and, in fact, you will always save a lot of money by booking with our special internet rates directly at our webpage (up to 65% discount on walk in rates).
5. Making a Hotel reservation - booking online how does it work?
Booking online with A-One Hotel Group could not be easier! Just select your desired hotel from our website, go to our booking page and put in the dates and click check Availability scroll down and pick the room Type and hit the 'Book Now' button. After submitting your Booking Request you will immediately receive an e-mail, containing your reservation number confirming that your order has been received and is now being processed.

7. Whose name is the reservation made under?
The hotel's reservation is made under the guest name as defined in your booking request. When you check-in you simply present the Hotel Voucher to the check in counter at the A-One Hotel
8. In case I have to make booking amendments who can I contact?
Just use our online booking engine to modify your booking.

Modification policy: There is no charge for changing your details, like dates, the booking name or credit card details, provided at least 3 days written notice is given to A-One Hotel. Otherwise the cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation policy: In the event of no show or cancellation, written notice must be received by the hotel at least 3 days prior to expected arrival. Failure to notify the hotel before the 3 days period. The hotel will invoice a "No Show or Cancellation" charge of the first night at the applicable rate on the agreement.

9. Can you arrange Airport Pick Ups?

10. What time can I check-in and check-out?

12. When is my credit card charged?
We do not charge your card when you book online. We simply get an authorisation to do so (airport pick ups excluded).When you check out you can then pay with cash or the credit card. We will only charge your card if you do not comply with our cancelation or modification policy.
